Every two years in October, the Paris Motor Show takes over the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre for ten days. Press and trade days come before the public opening, and the district runs at half speed from morning to night.
A vast site with distant entrances
The Porte de Versailles site has seven halls spread over several hectares. Depending on the manufacturer or the meeting, the relevant entrance changes completely.
The car parks fill by morning on public days, and the surrounding streets are restricted for the whole run of the show.
Press days and trade meetings
The first two days concentrate the press, the suppliers and the foreign delegations, with meetings running from one stand to the next.
The car stays at your disposal for the day, between hotel, showground and evening dinners, with a chauffeur who repositions while you are inside.
Hosting visitors from abroad
Many of our clients host partners flying in for the show: met at Roissy with a name board, dropped at the hotel, then daily runs to the showground.
The chauffeur tracks the flights and waiting is included if they are late; the van keeps the delegation in one vehicle.
Around the show
The 15th, the Eiffel Tower, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Boulogne are minutes away, and the business dinners are usually in the 8th or the 16th.
The car stays at your disposal from one stop to the next rather than journey by journey.
