Any complaint may be sent to SAHN DRIVE by email at contact@sdrive.fr or by post to the registered office address. SAHN DRIVE undertakes to respond as promptly as possible.
In accordance with article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer client may, failing a satisfactory response within two months, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediation body appointed by SAHN DRIVE:

Referral to the mediator is free of charge for the consumer and is admissible only after a prior written complaint has been submitted to SAHN DRIVE.
