Rueil-Malmaison is a large town with two very different centres of gravity: the Rueil 2000 business quarter beside the RER station, and the old town around the church and the Château de Malmaison. The town is further west than its neighbours, and the journey times reflect it honestly. The A86 and the A13 are both within a few minutes, which helps, but nothing removes the morning peak on the eastbound stretch.
