La Garenne-Colombes is one of the smallest towns in the Hauts-de-Seine, and one of the quietest. Streets of houses, a busy covered market, and five minutes away the wall of towers at La Défense.
That contrast explains a good share of our journeys here: leaving a quiet street to arrive at the foot of an office block, or the reverse at the end of the day.
The A86 then the A1 lead to Roissy, the A86 south to Orly. Saint-Lazare is minutes away via the Pont de Neuilly or Porte de Champerret depending on traffic.

Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?

The gare de La Garenne-Colombes serves Transilien line L towards Saint-Lazare, and Les Vallées is a short walk away on line J. Both are convenient until you are carrying luggage or leaving before six in the morning. The T2 tram at Charlebourg also puts La Défense within a few minutes when the roads are clear.
The town is residential and the demand reflects it. Consequently our bookings here are rarely spectacular: a couple leaving for a fortnight in the sun, a family returning at midnight with four suitcases, a manager collected at half past six for a flight to Frankfurt.
