The Bulgari Hôtel, avenue George-V

The Bulgari Hotel opened in 2021 on avenue George-V, in a new stone-clad building designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. It is the most recent of the Paris palaces.

Avenue George-V

The eight-hundred-square-metre inner garden, invisible from the street, serves the restaurant. The spa takes up a whole floor around a twenty-five-metre pool, the largest in Paris hotels when it opened.

The Bulgari Hotel, a little history

The Bulgari is the newest of the Paris palace hotels: it opened in 2021, on the site of a former office building on avenue George-V. Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel designed the seventy-six rooms and the inner garden, which cannot be seen from the street. Chef Niko Romito runs the Italian restaurant, and the twenty-five-metre pool on the lower floors is one of the longest in a Paris hotel. The top-floor suites look straight at the Eiffel Tower.

Arriving by car

Avenue George-V is wide and two-way, so dropping off at the entrance is straightforward. The Champs-Élysées, a hundred metres away, do close on ceremony or big match evenings.

Around the hotel

The entrance is on avenue George-V, a few numbers from the Four Seasons, in a new building set behind a plain façade. The Champs-Élysées are at the top of the avenue, the pont de l’Alma at the bottom, and rue François-Ier links the district to avenue Montaigne.

Our journeys from the Bulgari Hotel

It is the newest of the Paris palace hotels, and the most discreet on arrival: no front steps, an entrance set back. We drop off at the door without lingering, and the driver parks on rue Quentin-Bauchart. Guests here often move from dinner to evening venue: we stay available late.
