Opened in 1928 on avenue Hoche, a short walk from parc Monceau, Le Royal Monceau was completely rethought by Philippe Starck and reopened in 2010.
Avenue Hoche
The hotel has given itself an artistic identity: an art gallery in the lobby, an art bookshop, a forty-seat cinema and a concierge dedicated to exhibitions. The twenty-three-metre pool is the longest of the Paris palaces.
Arriving by car
Avenue Hoche runs down from the Étoile towards parc Monceau; wide and two-way, drop-off at the entrance is straightforward. The area stays passable even on busy days on the Champs-Élysées.
