Biarritz was launched by the Empress Eugénie and has kept its imperial-resort air: the Hôtel du Palais facing the Grande Plage, the Rocher de la Vierge, the lighthouse and the coves at Port-Vieux.
The town is compact but the seafront streets jam quickly in summer. Our chauffeurs drop you as close as possible on a through road rather than entering the coastal dead ends.
The airport is five kilometres away, Biarritz station slightly further. Bayonne is eight kilometres off, Saint-Jean-de-Luz fifteen, and San Sebastián under an hour by motorway.
The chauffeur tracks your flight or train and waits if you are late. Transfers into Spain are common here.

Many clients come for a stay: golf at Chiberta or Ilbarritz, surfing along the coast, dinners in Bayonne or Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
The car stays on call between stops. You don’t look for parking and nobody drives after dinner.
Give us the dates, the times and the addresses. We confirm the vehicle, the chauffeur’s name and his direct number.
Saloon for one or two passengers, van for a group, boards or luggage. Child seats on request.

Do you serve Biarritz airport?
Yes, it is five kilometres from the centre. The chauffeur meets you at the exit with your name.
Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track the flight number and the actual arrival time: waiting is included, at no extra charge.
Can I book the day before?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. The earlier the request, the wider the choice.
How much luggage fits in a sedan?
Two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Beyond that we use a van: tell us the exact count when booking.
Can the price change on the day?
No. It is agreed before booking and does not move, whatever the traffic or the waiting time.
Send us the date, the time, the flight number and the exact address, with the number of passengers and bags: you get a firm price before confirming. Name-board welcome, flight tracking and waiting time in case of delay are included.
We offer a smooth, stress-free airport transfer service, including flight tracking and extra waiting time in the event of delays.
