The site is vast and car access is separate from coach access. Our chauffeurs drop you at the right point for your hotel, which saves a kilometre on foot with suitcases and children.
Roissy is about forty kilometres away via the Francilienne, Orly a little further via the A86 then the A4. From Paris, allow around forty minutes outside peak times.

Most of our Disneyland journeys are family ones: four to seven people, suitcases, a pushchair. The van settles it in one go.
Child seats are provided if you ask when booking. The chauffeur helps with loading and drops you as close as possible to the hotel entrance.
Give us the date, the time, the hotel and the number of passengers. We confirm the vehicle, the chauffeur’s name and his direct number.
Saloon for one or two passengers, van as soon as you are a family. Child seats on request.

Where do we meet at Disneyland?
At your hotel, or at the car drop-off on the esplanade. The coach park is best avoided — we send you the exact position.
Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track the flight number and the actual arrival time: waiting is included, at no extra charge.
Can I book the day before?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. The earlier the request, the wider the choice.
How much luggage fits in a sedan?
Two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Beyond that we use a van: tell us the exact count when booking.
Can the price change on the day?
No. It is agreed before booking and does not move, whatever the traffic or the waiting time.
Send us the date, the time, the flight number and the exact address, with the number of passengers and bags: you get a firm price before confirming. Name-board welcome, flight tracking and waiting time in case of delay are included.
