Pantin has changed face in twenty years. The Grands Moulins now house corporate headquarters, the Centre national de la danse occupies a raw-concrete former administrative building, and the banks of the Ourcq canal have filled with terraces.

Yes. The quays are narrow and often congested, so we agree an exact point in advance so you’re not waiting on the wrong bank.
Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track the flight number and the actual arrival time: waiting is included, at no extra charge.
Can I book the day before?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. The earlier the request, the wider the choice.
How much luggage fits in a sedan?
Two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Beyond that we use a van: tell us the exact count when booking.
Can the price change on the day?
No. It is agreed before booking and does not move, whatever the traffic or the waiting time.
