It is a long arrondissement, with very different atmospheres from one end to the other. Our chauffeurs always ask for a precise landmark rather than relying on a street number alone.

Where do we meet at Gare de Lyon?
Rarely in front of Hall 1, which is jammed. The chauffeur takes position on Boulevard Diderot or rue de Bercy and sends you his location.
Does the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track the flight number and the actual arrival time: waiting is included, at no extra charge.
Can I book the day before?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. The earlier the request, the wider the choice.
How much luggage fits in a sedan?
Two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Beyond that we use a van: tell us the exact count when booking.
Can the price change on the day?
No. It is agreed before booking and does not move, whatever the traffic or the waiting time.
