The city is laid out as a grid of very wide streets, numbered outward from Temple Square: an address such as “300 South 200 East” reads like a coordinate once the logic clicks. The Utah State Capitol looks down over the valley from its hill.
The ski resorts begin thirty minutes from downtown — Alta, Snowbird, Park City — which is unique in the United States. Utah’s national parks, Arches and Zion, are four to five hours away by road.
The direct flight leaves Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and lands at Salt Lake City airport, only seven kilometres from downtown: one of the shortest runs in the country. We handle the Paris side of the journey, outbound and inbound, with your flight number on file and waiting time included.
The airport has been rebuilt from scratch and the walks between gates are long, despite how close the city is. Light rail links the airport to downtown in twenty minutes; the Amtrak station, meanwhile, sees the California Zephyr once a day, often in the middle of the night.
